Percy's Café Americana's private dining room sets the stage for an absolutely enjoyable event! Choose your favorite selections from our
Table-Served menus and we take care of the rest!
Buffet Dinners are also available
to parties of 50 or more
Our private Banquet Room Seats up to
65 people for a sit-down luncheon or dinner,
and 80 for breakfast.
We can accommodate more for cocktail parties and receptions, depending on the set-up required.
There is a non-refundable deposit of $100 (which will apply to your food), in order to secure the date. We ordinarily plan each event for 3 hours, unless other arrangements have been made.

The private room is free of charge when ordering food with the minimum charges below:
Dinner Minimum: $250 on weeknights (including Sundays), and $350 on Fridays & Saturdays
Luncheon Minimum: $200 on weekdays (including Sundays), and $250 on Fridays & Saturdays

Semi-Private Banquet Area

We also have two semi-private areas with seating as follows:
Room I: Seats from 15 guests to 30 guests. Minimum food order required is $150.
Room II: Seats 8 to 20 guests
The semi-private areas are not wheel chair accessible. We would be pleased to seat you in another
area of the Dining Room, at your request.
There is a 50.00 deposit to hold the date for the semi-private areas.

Meetings & Seminars

We are happy to set the room to your specifications for all day or partial day meetings or seminars. Coffee and Tea service is $27.00 per gallon. Please talk to the manager about the cost for an event covering more than one meal period, with or without food.

Menu Selection

You may pre-select up to three entrees from the Banquet Menus for your event. We would appreciate your selections ten days to two weeks before the event.
For parties of 15 or less, you may order from the regular menu when you arrive.
You may add appetizer trays before dinner, if you like, and order no-host or hosted cocktails.
We appreciate having one check on parties of 15 or more.

Guarantees

Your final guarantee for the number of guests is required at least 24 hours in advance of your event. Please let us know in advance if you have a smaller group than anticipated.

Payments and Billing

Washington State sales tax and gratuity will be added to your final bill. Payment is due at the time of your event unless other billing arrangements have been made.
